Welcome to Maya Moon Counseling is introducing Blue Zone Spirit Retreats.
Maya Moon was created as a mental health practice that is focus in Trauma Informed Care. As a Licensed Psychotherapist in New York State, and Clinical Psychologist - Costa Rica University; I want to offer you, spaces where you sensorial experiences are provided with professionalism, respect, and ethical boundaries. Request for formal consent with forms, intakes and harm reduction always in our mind. We understand the levels of sensitivity that the environment can cause in our nervous system.
From our Evidence Base Scientific Research, supported by the Somatic Experiencing Institute and the Holistic Body, Mind, Spirit based approach from the Eastern Philosophy and Psychology, our retreats are a door to a combination of building nervous system capacity and expansion for vortexes of energy unblocking unwanted sensations while a sense of bliss and peace surrenders you.

​From my feminine and masculine side of my families, they brought me to choose two locations for this journey. Retreat in Arenal Lake and the other location, Arenal Lake, Sardinal with Papagayo Gulf, and Guachipelin Hacienda, Curubande.

The acceptance of your body as a divine source of pleasure for life and for your highest soul rising. Archetypes of the land of Costa Rica will embrace your soul for connecting again with your senses while you receive alignment with restoration.
