Guided by a deep connection to nature and a lifelong respect for Mother Earth, Ilse merges her experience in psychotherapy with shamanic practices. Her vision is to create spaces that foster mental health, joy, and recreation, allowing souls in distress to find solace. During your retreat, you will explore archaeological sites rich in energy vortexes, these vortexes of energy will enhance your awareness of blockages within your body.
