MAYA MOON MINDFULNESS
As part of trauma mindfulness training it is important for me to provide you with orientation of your somatic-therapeutic place.
Two spacious rooms allow the synergy for embodiment and movement. Props, blocks, bolsters, mats, etc. are part of your tools for befriend the body.
Invite yourself to decrease your levels of cortisol, increase serotonine level; energize your body-mind to recover the love for life.
Higher consciousness level is waiting for you. Allow yourself to release the past, enjoy the present and move towards thousands of possibilities.
