As part of trauma mindfulness training it is important for me to provide you with orientation of your therapeutic space before you arrive. Here some pictures of our rooms, including the small studio for mindfulness practices.

Two spacious rooms allow the synergy for embodiment and movement. Props, blocks, bolsters, mats, etc. are part of your tools for befriend the body.
Invite yourself to decrease your levels of cortisol, increase serotonine level; perceive the hundred of possibilities behind your body-mind.
